Supported Enterprise Job Coach
Enterprise Job Coach 2023 JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Supported Enterprise project is a new service offering a combination of employment and day service opportunities, creating retail products, with wide range appeal to, sell within the café, market and eventually online! The position will involve:
- Supervising and supporting people with learning disabilities in the enterprise hub (not line managing)
- Using a range of craft skills (led by the project lead)
- Job coaching for supported employees and service users
